Our safeguarding and mental health courses are designed to provide educators with relevant and up-to-date information & skills to ensure safeguarding and mental health practices are consistently embedded in school.

This DSL training has been one of the best since I becoming DSL (13 years ago). So incredibly useful giving advice on how to work in school.

NEW: Safeguarding spotlight sessions

In partnership with Education Child Protection (ECP), we are delighted to offer a suite of 6 certificated recorded Spotlight CPD sessions for your staff (two each term). Costing only 1 day of your School Improvement package, this is an excellent way to provide all staff with high quality on-going safeguarding CPD.

Sessions are an hour long and are available to access for the whole term.

  • Autumn: Child-on-Child abuse and Professional staff behaviour
  • Spring: Online Safety and Mental Health
  • Summer: Preventing Radicalisation and Honour based abuse

Covering a wide selection of topics including Strategic Improvement, Curriculum, SEND, Safeguarding & Mental Health, CE Schools & SIAMsHR and Data Protection, our professional development provision offers high quality training coupled with exceptional value for money. As with our Leadership, ECT Training, InspiREd RE and Race, Identity & School Leadership programmes, all are specialist led and incorporate current recommendations and accepted good practice to ensure stimulating and inspiring sessions for all participants.

  • Conducted in modern, bright open-spaced rooms, there is access to AV equipment & wifi, if needed.
  • Kindly note that we can typically accommodate between 25-35 attendees for each course or programme.
  • We are located in the London Congestion and ULEZ zone and parking in the surrounding area is limited and strictly controlled.
  • As we are unable to offer private parking at our premises, we would recommend travelling by public transport, or on foot.
  • Some of our courses will be delivered via an online platform. Log-in details will be emailed once your course place has been confirmed.
