Grow are the people I always turn to when I need an external overview, whether it is for safeguarding, SEF and SIP scrutiny, teaching reviews or training. They listen and where possible make suggestions which will save us money too!
Established in 2011, we deliberately started small to ensure high quality foundations and values were embedded in our offering. Today, we enjoy a strong collaboration with over 200 community, Church of England and Roman Catholic schools & academies, across more than 18 local authorities across the boroughs of inner and outer London, supporting them through a comprehensive range of support packages, support add-ons, training courses and programmes.
Our ongoing mission is to improve and adapt our offering and capacity, to allow us to support more schools whilst still retaining our high standards of quality and value for money. At all times we’re looking forward to working in partnership with you, to help deliver the high-quality education all children deserve and play our part in cultivating success in your school.
Being a subsidiary company of the London Diocesan Board for Schools (LDBS), we embrace their vision statement, specifically to: Serve and support schools confidently, creatively and compassionately in order that:
Our advisers are drawn from across the education sector and are outstanding practitioners, consultants, headteachers and inspectors who have worked in schools across the capital.
They bring a vast range of expertise and experience, with a unique insight and understanding of the challenges and barriers that schools may face and the importance of having the right targeted support.
Working in close collaboration with schools, we are constantly on the lookout for passionate and talented practitioners in their fields who can make a difference to schools.
If you are a current practitioner, a consultant or a headteacher who would like to provide wider CPD opportunities for staff, we would love to hear from you.
Working with us will create a range of opportunities for you to develop your skill set and enhance your CPD while being inspired and rewarded by making a difference to the schools you work with.
Our team is based within the London area, usually at our training centre in Causton Street, SW1 and sometimes at designated school hubs. If you have the proven experience and are keen to enhance your career in schools, we would really like to hear from you.
We are committed to safeguarding and ensuring the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults at all times. We expect all team members and advisers to share this commitment. We are also committed to equal opportunities in employment and a working environment that values the diversity of all people and is free from all forms of unlawful or unfair discrimination.
Make full use of your skills & experience and play your part in helping schools provide the quality of education that all children deserve
