About

We are passionate about ensuring the best possible outcomes for all children by providing the targeted support that schools need.

Grow are the people I always turn to when I need an external overview, whether it is for safeguarding, SEF and SIP scrutiny, teaching reviews or training. They listen and where possible make suggestions which will save us money too!

Established in 2011, we deliberately started small to ensure that high quality foundations and values were embedded in our offering. We now enjoy a strong collaboration with over 200 maintained schools and academies which include CE, RC and community status, and which are spread across 18 Inner and Outer London local authorities. We work with our schools through a comprehensive range of support packages, support add-ons, training courses and programmes.

Our ongoing mission is to improve and adapt our offering and capacity, to allow us to support more schools across London, whilst retaining our high standards of quality and value for money. We look forward to working in partnership with you, and to playing our part in cultivating success in your school, to help you deliver the high-quality education all children deserve.
