25 Sep Covid-19 Update : September 2020
Training Courses & Programmes
Our consultants have adjusted their training offer to best support virtual learning until at least February half term. It is likely to be for the whole term and we will inform you of any further changes as soon as possible.
One positive aspect to emerge from Covid-19 is that we are able to be more adaptable. Without the need to book rooms, and with our consultants able to provide effective online training, we can be proactive in supporting you with specific training needs which may emerge as a result of Covid-19.

Once your course place has been confirmed, login details will be emailed to you.
If you have a Data Protection package with us, our data protection team are still on hand to assist you with any queries, concerns or issues you may have. They are also able to carry out remote reviews and if you wish to arrange one, please contact your designated Data Protection Officer so that they can advise you accordingly.
We would like to welcome our new Data Protection Officer Hassan Muzammal, who will be joining us this September. Last year our Data Protection team supported 182 schools across 17 Local Authorities and dealt with approximately 700 queries. They’ve quickly adapted to online auditing last term and are looking forward to providing this service again over the coming term.
To maintain the safety and well-being of both school and Grow staff, the Grow team will continue working remotely until at least October half term, unless face-to-face meetings are essential (HR issues, safeguarding etc.)
If a visit is deemed essential, Grow staff will discuss our visit protocol with you and will ask you to share your own risk assessment with them so as to minimise risk.
We appreciate your patience as adapt to the challenges of working in this way, especially if it takes a little while longer to respond to your emails and phone calls. If you do need to get in touch, then please:
- Contact us through the website wherever possible
- By phone, but please note we are managing all enquiries remotely.
On behalf of the Grow team, thank you for everything you are doing to support children, young people and their families in these challenging times. We are looking forward to seeing you all soon, even if it is virtually to begin with. Please do not hesitate to contact any of our team if we can help in any way.
We will post updates as the situation develops, so please keep checking our website for further announcements. We wish you all good health and well-being, and will continue to support you as much as possible in the coming months.
Very best wishes,
