Live Online Courses
I just wanted to say that I found that online session really useful. It was my first 'training' on an online platform and I thought the trainer explained things really well. I'm looking forward to the next one!
Some of our courses will be delivered live via an online platform. Once your place has been confirmed, an email will be sent to participants detailing the platform of choice and log-in credentials.
Our live online courses will start 15 minutes before the published start time to allow all participants time to log on to join the session. At all times we will follow government guidance and advice to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
Protocols for online courses:
- Use of full names when joining the session so that we can record attendance.
- Punctuality – the meeting room will open 15 minutes before the session is due to begin.
- Use of cameras/video calling during the session to promote engagement. Kindly ensure that backdrops are appropriate and non-distracting.
- Speaker muting to prevent background interference. You will be invited by the trainer to switch on your microphone for any group discussion.
- Appropriate dress for all participants attending the training session.
- Where possible, we will try our best to ensure that the session is accessible to all. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance of the course to discuss your requirements.
