Leadership Programmes

Courses and programmes are now available to book for 2025/2026. There is a 20% discount for every extra place booked on the same course (except NPQs).

Our highly regarded, comprehensive and in-depth leadership programmes are designed for educators at pivotal stages of their career, offering them an invaluable opportunity to build on their existing skills.

Having attended Grow's leadership programmes myself (as well as many other courses), I know that when I send my staff to Grow or when I arrange a Grow INSET training, we will all receive quality CPD. I know this will impact positively on my staff's own practice, the practice of others and ultimately truly benefit the children in my school.

Our highly regarded and long-standing leadership programmes offer practical professional development to support leaders at every stage of their career. Each programme aligns with the corresponding NPQ domains so that, when completed, leaders can then elect to deepen their knowledge of educational research in the longer, complementary NPQ.

Middle Leadership

3-day programme covering a range of leadership aspects to support middle leaders or those aspiring to middle leadership at the start of their leadership journey.

NPQs with CEFEL

Delivered in partnership with LDBS (CEFEL delivery partner), offering small group coaching with professionals from different settings.

LDBS Platform

A year-long support, coaching and mentoring programme delivered by LDBS to attract, develop and retain Global Majority Heritage leaders in London schools

Primary Science

A series of half-termly online sessions (6) to support science subject leaders in leading the development of science teaching and learning in their school

  • As we are located within the London Congestion and ULEZ zones and parking in the surrounding area is extremely limited and strictly controlled, we recommend travelling to the venue by public transport
  • Our courses and programmes are conducted in modern, bright and open-spaced rooms with access to AV equipment & Wifi
  • We typically accommodate between 25 to 35 attendees for each course or programme
  • A lift service is available and our venue is wheelchair accessible throughout
  • Guide dogs are welcome by prior arrangement
