Our Cedar package provides 12 days of guidance* from dedicated Grow consultants with specific expertise, to help you achieve better outcomes for your school and students.

* Where a specialist consultant is required, and the costs involved are higher than the agreed daily rate, we will contact you to discuss any additonal costs before proceeding.

Grow reinforced my leadership aims and delivered honest and knowledgeable feedback, which was grounded in a wealth of experience of schools and inspections. The impact of their insightful observations in my school has been a swift change in teaching and learning strategies. These changes over time will enable our children to thrive academically and improve their outcomes.

Through a bespoke programme of visits and agreed areas of focus, we will work with you to identify, plan and implement key priorities in order to drive school improvement.

Our team will work closely with you and your senior leadership team, across your school priorities. If there are specific aspects requiring specialist expertise, we will advise you of this and broker the support for you.

While we will operate as part of your team, we will maintain an ‘external’ viewpoint in terms of analysis and advice – critical when judging the best course of action. This also helps you to demonstrate that your school is outward facing, reflective and seeks expertise to strengthen existing practice.

If you are a community school, a Roman Catholic school or academy trust, please contact us to discuss your needs and we will advise of the options available to you. At all times, we will endeavour to help you in the most cost effective way possible.

How it works:

Our Cedar package delivers 12 days of guidance* and is ideal if you require significant additional capacity and support to build immediate and effective improvements. At all times, you can rely on:

  • dedicated email and telephone support and advice.
  • flexibility and responsiveness in our approach, allowing you to react as swiftly as required.
  • access to updated policies, documents and resources.

To complement your package, we provide a variety of Support Add-ons, including focus reviews on Phonics & Early Reading, EYFS, Safeguarding, SEND and Curriculum Subjects.

We can also provide support for headteacher appraisal, finance and governance, should you choose to allocate extra time to these areas.
