To complement your existing school improvement package, our support add-ons can be flexibly tailored to suit your school’s context or individual development needs.

Robust, challenging and effective: the Grow visits have been beneficial to my development as a leader and provided a positive learning experience. Grow's advisers are committed to enabling school leaders to improve outcomes for children. They recognise and acknowledge the hard work and determination of school staff and provide challenge as critical friends who offer new suggestions.

Our support add-ons range from focus reviews on Phonics & Early Reading, EYFS, Safeguarding, Curriculum Subjects and SEND; as well as support for your governors, support for your finance team, and the services of an external advisor for your headteacher’s appraisal, providing you with full flexibility when facing the challenges of an ever-changing educational landscape.

All our add-ons can be included as part of your existing package, or purchased separately, depending on your priorities.
