Live online courses:
Some of our courses are delivered live via an online platform. Once your place has been confirmed, an email will be sent to participants detailing the platform of choice and log-in credentials. We operate the following protocols:
- Use of full names when joining so we can record attendance
- Punctuality: the meeting room will open 15 minutes before the session is due to begin
- Use of cameras/video to promote engagement. Please ensure that backdrops are appropriate and non-distracting
- Speaker muting to prevent background interference. You will be invited to switch on your microphone for any group discussion
- Appropriate dress for all participants
- We try our best to ensure that sessions are accessible to all, however if you have any specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance of the course to discuss your requirements ›
