We understand the importance of ongoing professional development for school leaders and staff in helping your school drive improvement to achieve better outcomes for all pupils.

It is so brilliant to have a whole day away to think so deeply about education with such a strong group of professionals. To be able to focus on a topic and enjoy an in-depth discussion with peers, it really refreshes and inspires me to continue developing my teaching skills.

We have extensive experience in supporting educators at all levels, and regularly review our offering to ensure that they are up-to-date and current. Our short courses and leadership programmes provide high quality professional development coupled with exceptional value for money.

Our short courses cover a wide selection of topics, including Strategic Improvement, Curriculum, Safeguarding & Mental Health, CE Schools & SIAMs, SEND and HR, to help you and your staff develop the skills to become better educators in your field. Each are specialist led, and incorporate current recommendations and accepted good practice, to ensure stimulating and inspiring sessions for all.

Should you feel you require additional training in a specific area, we can also help with our bespoke support options.
