With our school improvement packages, you will benefit from:

Our packages are designed to support you by providing that essential external overview of your school’s performance and priorities. At all times, you can be assured of consistently high standards of advice and expertise.

Oak: 3 days

Our entry level package of support and guidance to help improve outcomes for your school and your pupils.

Beech: 6 days

Our second tier of support giving the benefit of more time to have an in-depth look at specific strategic areas.

Cedar: 12 days

Our definitive package, ideal for those requiring significant help to build immediate & effective improvements.

Whether you choose three, six or twelve days for your annual school improvement package, you can also select any of our support add-ons as a complement.

These can be included as part of your existing package, or purchased separately, depending on your priorities. They can also can be flexibly tailored to suit your school’s context or individual development needs.

Our support add-ons include focus reviews on Phonics & Early Reading, Curriculum Subjects, Safeguarding, EYFS, SEND and Finance; as well as support for governors and the services of an external advisor for your headteacher’s appraisal. These options provide you with full flexibility in facing the challenges of an ever-changing educational landscape.
