Our Beech package provides 6 days of guidance* from dedicated Grow consultants with specific expertise, to help you achieve better outcomes for your school and students.

* Where a specialist consultant is required, and the costs involved are higher than the agreed daily rate, we will contact you to discuss any additonal costs before proceeding.

The support I receive through the Beech package is perfect. I can start the year with a whole school review, which focuses on my school improvement priorities. I can then formulate further support identified during the review throughout the rest of the academic year. As a Headteacher there are many day-to-day unforeseen challenges that arise and it is incredibly reassuring to know that Grow is at the end of the phone whenever support or advice is needed.

Through a bespoke programme of visits and agreed areas of focus, we will work with you to identify, plan and implement key priorities in order to drive school improvement.

Our team will work closely with you and your senior leadership team, across your school priorities. If there are specific aspects requiring specialist expertise, we will advise you of this and broker the support for you.

While we will operate as part of your team, we will maintain an ‘external’ viewpoint in terms of analysis and advice – critical when judging the best course of action. This also helps you to demonstrate that your school is outward facing, reflective and seeks expertise to strengthen existing practice.

If you are a community school, a Roman Catholic school or academy trust, please contact us to discuss your needs and we will advise of the options available to you. At all times, we will endeavour to help you in the most cost effective way possible.

To complement your package, we provide a variety of Support Add-ons, including focus reviews on Phonics & Early Reading, EYFS, Safeguarding, SEND and Curriculum Subjects.

We can also provide support for headteacher appraisal, finance and governance, should you choose to allocate extra time to these areas.
