Short Courses

Courses and programmes are now available to book for 2024/2025. There is a 20% discount for every extra place booked on the same course (except NPQs).

We offer a comprehensive selection of short training courses, the focus of which change to meet your ongoing needs. This reflects our commitment to helping you to develop your knowledge and skills across a range of areas.

Our experience is always positive. Courses are pitched well with up to date information using real life school experiences when relevant. As with our leadership programmes and NPQs with CEFEL courses, all are specialist led, and incorporate current recommendations and accepted good practice to ensure stimulating and inspiring sessions for all participants.

Our venue:

  • Our courses and programmes are delivered at our Central London location in Causton Street, SW1. Click here for directions ›
  • We are located in the London Congestion and ULEZ zone and parking in the surrounding area is limited and strictly controlled. We would recommend travelling by public transport, or on foot.
  • Conducted in modern, bright open-spaced rooms, there is access to AV equipment & wifi, if needed. Kindly note that we can typically accommodate between 25-35 attendees for each course or programme.
  • A lift service is available and our venue is wheelchair accessible throughout. Guide dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Please contact us if you require any additional mobility or accessibility assistance.

Live online courses:

Some of our courses are delivered live via an online platform. Once your place has been confirmed, an email will be sent to participants detailing the platform of choice and log-in credentials. We operate the following protocols:

  • Use of full names when joining so we can record attendance.
  • Punctuality: the meeting room will open 15 minutes before the session is due to begin.
  • Use of cameras/video to promote engagement. Please ensure that backdrops are appropriate and non-distracting.
  • Speaker muting to prevent background interference. You will be invited to switch on your microphone for any group discussion.
  • Appropriate dress for all participants.
