If you have the privilege of working within and leading a school community, it is vital that you understand the nature of your own race and identity as well as that of the diverse community you serve.
Schools are at the forefront as agents for change in the race, equality and social justice agenda. Headteachers and senior leaders have a key role to play in making this happen, by shaping the culture, vision and ethos, and determining in practice what racial equality and social justice look like.
We offer two Race & Identity programmes – Race, Identity & School Leadership and Inspiring Anti-Racist Leadership – for those who want to engage in race and achievement conversations, in order to create change for both themselves and their schools.

With a wide selection of topics including Curriculum, Leadership, Early Career Teacher training, Inspections, SEND, HR, Data Protection, CE Schools and Safeguarding, our courses and programmes offer high quality training coupled with exceptional value for money. Each are specialist led, and incorporate current recommendations and accepted good practice to ensure stimulating and inspiring sessions for all participants.

Our venue:
- Courses and programmes are delivered at our Central London location in Causton Street, SW1, in modern, bright open-spaced rooms, with access to AV equipment & wifi, if needed.
- Kindly note that we can typically accommodate between 25-35 attendees for each course.
