How it works:
You will be appointed a dedicated Grow Leadership Partner who will personally work with you, and your senior leadership team, across your school priorities. We may also broker specialist expertise if you feel that there are specific areas of concern that need to be addressed.
We will operate as part of your team, but will maintain an ‘external’ viewpoint in terms of analysis and advice – critical when judging the best course of action. This also helps you to demonstrate that your school is outward facing, reflective and seeks expertise to strengthen existing practice.
Our Cedar package delivers 12 days of guidance and is ideal if you require significant additional capacity and support to build immediate and effective improvements. At all times, you can rely on:
- dedicated email and telephone support and advice from your Grow Leadership Partner and our experienced administrative team.
- flexibility and responsiveness in our approach, allowing you to react as swiftly as required.
- access to updated policies, documents and resources.
We can also provide additional focus review, headteacher appraisal and governance support if you choose to allocate extra time to these areas.
